ITF Seminar
and Grading - March 2012
Our next ITF
seminar and grading with Senior Master Hutchison
has been scheduled over 2 days on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11
March 2012 at the North Kessock Community Hall.
Application forms have now been issued and should be
returned to your instructor on or before 24 February 2012.
Squad Training Dates
Our
squad training sessions are held at the Raigmore Community
Centre every Saturday morning. These classes are
available for members only. The scheduled dates are as
follows:

Saturday 25 February 2012, 9:30am till 11:00am.

Saturday 3 March 2012, 9:30am till 11:00am.
-
Saturday 24 March 2012, 9:30am till 11:00am.
International Seminar and Grading - Paphos, Cyprus
Senior
Master Hutchison will host an international seminar and
grading in Paphos, Cyprus on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th
June 2012.
Application for the seminar and grading should be with your
Instructor on or before 30 April 2012.
Training Course with Senior Master Yeo Chin-Haut
and Senior Master Les Hutchison
- Edinburgh
The UKTC hosted a one-day training course with Senior Master Yeo Chin-Haut from Sweden and special guest instructor Senior Master Les Hutchison, Vice-President ITF Scotland in Edinburgh on 4 February 2012. Well done to all the students who attended what was an exhausting but very enjoyable course. Pictures taken on the day are now available to view on our gallery pages.

UKTA British TaeKwon-Do Championships - Guildford
Well done to all the students who travelled to Guildford on
Saturday 12 November for the UKTA British TaeKwon-Do
Championships. Congratulations also to Daniel Wilby
who picked up a bronze medal for blue belt patterns.
UKTC British TaeKwon-Do Championships - Edinburgh
Congratulations to all the students who travelled to
Edinburgh on Sunday 6 November for the UKTC British TaeKwon-Do
Championships. Three gold, three silver and a bronze medal
were awarded to Inverness students. Full results are

newest member. Calum
Stirling was born on 2nd
August 2011.
Student
Membership
As detailed in
our recent newsletter, as from 1 September 2011 a student’s
membership will be terminated if they have not trained with
us for three consecutive weeks and have not given us prior
reason as to why they have not attended class. Their place
will be automatically allocated to another student. This
termination will be made regardless of whether the student
has a valid licence. An application must be made for those
wishing to re-join and the usual membership fee will also be
applied.

Master
Hutchison's Technical Seminar - West Lothian
Senior Master Hutchison
held a seminar and grading in Addiewell,
West Lothian on Sunday 28th August 2011. Four students
from Claire Crosbie's TaeKwon-Do Schools attended.
Master Hutchison would like to thank Dylan Morrison, Tyler
MacKay, Shirley MacKenzie and Iain MacLeod for their support
and all the hard work they put in during the day.

Congratulations
to all students who attended our two day
seminar and grading with Senior Master Hutchison, 8th

Training Equipment
Students at
Claire Crosbie TaeKwon-Do Schools have been successful
in their fundraising efforts to purchase new items of
equipment to assist with their training. Through various
activities and support from students, and their family
members, the club have acquired a new breaking board
stand and re-breakable boards as well as a new punching
bag and stand. We would also like to acknowledge the
assistance we received from Lisa MacKay and LifeScan
Scotland,
Highplans Architectural Services, Inverness and
Simpson Builders, Beauly.

Isles TaeKwon-Do Federation - Instructor Seminar
The
British Isles TaeKwon-Do Federation held an
Instructors seminar on the 11th and 12th
September 2010 in Windsor, England. The
seminar was led by Senior Master Hutchison, 8th
Degree and hosted by Senior Master Brown 8th
Degree. In attendance were red and black
belt students from the Federation.

The UKTA English Championships was held at the K2 sports centre in

held at the Meadowbank Sports Centre, Edinburgh on
23 May 2010.
